What is it?Exactly what it says it is. Jumping from a cliff onto a softspot prefably a river, starting at 15 feet and working your way up. When taken to your first launch site you will be taught the correct techniques for jumping and entering the water correctly. The instructors will watch how you jump, and as soon as your technique is good enough, they will take you to the next level of jumping. Take on the top jump if you dare. At nearly 40 foot this is sure to get your juices going. The jump is off a pedastle type rock platform, where the scenery falls all around you. In a nutshell, it is canyoning without the ropes. For getting the adrenalin pumping, this activity cannot be beaten.   
   What Experience is Needed?You have an experienced guide to take you cliff jumping, the only thing you need to be able to do is swim. What do I Need to Bring?You will need a swimming costume, a towel, a long sleeved sweatshirt or jumper (that will get wet) and a sense of humor.
